We accept most dental insurance plans that allow you to choose your dentist (commonly referred to as PPO insurance plans). We will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits and will file a claim on your behalf for all insurance companies, regardless of our status as an in-network provider. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the costs of your dental care. Most plans include co-payments and/or a deductible. Our friendly office staff will gladly verify benefits before your first visit! Please provide the name of your insurance company, the phone number, group and ID numbers, and your date of birth before your first visit, and we will confirm your benefits before you arrive for your appointment. We will always discuss your estimated copayments and costs before starting treatment. You are expected to pay your deductible and/or co-payment costs when checking out at the end of each visit.
